We are Moon Light Productions, a company
created by three A2 media students
from Oasis Academy Hadley We are writing to you to ask for your permission to use the Ben Pearce single `What I Might Do`.
With your permission, this track would be used for our
A level media project which is worth 50% of our coursework grade. Our coursework involves creating a music video
targeting a seleted audience. We will also then produce an album and a magazine
advert. The purpose of this is we are trying to make
With your permission, this track will be used for educational purposes only as we do not intend on having any
commercial purpose to it. Our final
project will be viewed and marked by the OCR examination board moderator. If we
gain your permission the music video will be promoted only in terms of
getting audience feedback on social media websites such as you tube, twitter and
Facebook.
We would be open
to receive a copyright notice with wording supplied by you as we plan to include it in the records of the project if this is required, please send the full details to us.

Here is the official covering letter that I have sent to MTA Records asking for there support enabling me to use their single for my music video.
Good to see that you have considered legal stages to use the single and have tried to contact the label.

I have made changes this post and no i have not herd back from them
